Vincent P. Sarad founded Simulacrum Capital Advisory in 2025 following experience in Capital Structure Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Debt Capital Markets and Credit Asset Management, combined with an academic background in Mathematics from Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, with a focus on stochastic mathematical finance.

His work focuses on event-driven opportunities & special situations across the capital structure.

​​​Outside of his professional work, Vincent maintains an interest in art and philosophy and enjoys sports, particularly boxing and long-distance running.

 

He speaks German, English, French, Polish and Russian.
